Sacred Space Psychiatric Nursing, Inc. uses Headway to manage insurance claims, pre-approvals, billing, payments, and scheduling. This will allow our provider more time to focus on your concerns.

Headway will send you an email to help you set up your patient portal account. You will add your insurance and payment information through their HIPPA compliant website. This service will allow you to check your benefits and view your cost per session ahead of time. For any insurance, billing, or account questions use the contact form on Headway and the Headway team will answer your questions. 

Prior to the first visit, the patient will be asked to read and sign 2 consent forms.
